Foundational Gymnastics Gymnastic Strength Training
Foundational Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, stamina, coordination and flexibility.
Originating from time tested gymnastic and yoga training methods. We use simple bodyweight exercises, floor drills and well as therapeutic mobility work and yoga like stretches to get you fitter, stronger and more flexible.
Everyone receives individual attention and all are free to work at their own pace and ability.
Our classes will strengthen your core, back, arms, legs – all major muscle groups. Begin with a general warm up, then on to fun floor drills, from there the hard work starts with core exercises, flexibility and strength training.
During each phase of the class, you will be given unique exercises tailored to your ability, and as you progress, you’ll learn new, more challenging exercises.
